Principal Recruitment Consultant - Commodities, Fintech, Buy-Side, or QuantsLocation: London (Hybrid/Remote)

Base Salary: £40,000-£50,000

With over 25 years of experience in the market within the technology and financial sectors, they deliver traditional recruitment services as you’d expect. However, where they excel, is by providing tailored talent solutions to clients across sectors like Commodities, Fintech, Buy-Side, and Quants in the UK, Europe & across the globe.

Duties:

This is a full 360 recruitment role, encompassing the following:

Market Mapping: Conduct thorough research to identify target markets, competitors, and trends in Commodities, Fintech, Buy-Side, or Quants. Build a comprehensive view of potential hiring opportunities and talent pools within niche markets.

Talent Sourcing & Research: Use a range of tools, databases, and networks to locate top-tier candidates. Conduct in-depth searches to find passive and active talent, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and other online resources.

Business Development &Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to negotiating job offers and placements.

Market Insight & Consultancy: Provide clients with insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, acting as a trusted advisor in their recruitment strategy.

Requirements:

• 6 years + of Proven 360 recruitment experience
• Demonstrate proven delivery & client acquisition into one or more of these following areas: Commodities, Fintech, Buy-Side, or Quants
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
