If you thrive in delivering practical solutions, conducting site inspections, and providing top-tier training, this role is perfect for you!About the RoleAs a Health and Safety Trainer/Consultant, you will:Deliver engaging and high-quality health and safety training sessions (e.g., NEBOSH, SMSTS).Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies tailored to client needs.Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.Provide consultancy services to a variety of industries, including construction and manufacturing.Provide expert guidance to clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships to uphold our reputation as a trusted HSE partner.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions to individuals and groups.Investigate incidents and implement actionable recommendations.Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.About YouYou’ll be a self-motivated professional with strong communication and organisational skills.
