Manufacturing Engineer

Oakham - Commutable from Leicester, Corby, Stamford, Peterborough, Grantham, and surrounding areas

£37,500 + Overtime Available (OTE 43k) + Training (Including Support to Further Qualifications) + Career Progression + 33 Days Holiday

Are you a Manufacturing/Development/Production Engineer or similar with good electrical experience, and are looking to join a globally business, where you can enjoy a good work-life balance and overtime opportunities to significantly increase your earnings?

This renowned manufacturer has a large presence in the global market, being headquartered in the U.S. Off the back of the site's success and plans for growth, they are now looking for an additional engineer to join the close-knit team.

This is a hands-on role, working to develop and manufacture machinery. Responsibilities include panel wiring/building, with aspects of fault finding. Optional overtime is available to greatly increase earnings, and further training/qualifications are on offer such as a PLC course or similar.

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or electrical HNC/HND qualification, along with machine-building experience. Installation, PLC, and general fault-finding experience is desirable but not essential.

The Role:

Hands-on role, building machinery within the manufacturing industry.
Panel wiring, building, and installation
Writing equipment specifications
General fault-finding
8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
The Person:

Recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering such as NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND etc.
Experience working to build machinery
Panel wiring/building experience
PLC experience is desirable but not essential
