Location: Oldham

Salary: £80 - £95 per day (Depending on Experience and qualifications)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Value Education is currently working with a Primary School in Bury, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the class teacher in lesson planning and delivery
Prepare teaching materials and resources
Facilitate group activities and discussions
Provide individual and group support to students as needed

Requirements:

Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when required
Passionate about promoting academic success for all students
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to establish professional relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
Provide regular feedback to the class teacher on student progress
