About the Role:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Social Creative with a passion for AI-driven social media content and a strong foundation in graphic design. This is a hands-on role where you will work on a range of social-first campaigns, including video, photography, and storytelling. You will collaborate with the marketing, creative, and digital teams to bring 360-degree marketing campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop social content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Attend shoots, create reels, and assist with video content creation (mobile-first)
• Support the graphic design and social content strategy
• Participate in storyboarding, photography, and shadowing during shoots
• Design and manage social media graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut
• Incorporate AI tools (e.g., Google DeepMind) to enhance social media content creation
• Work closely with the Head of Brand and report to Senior Creatives
• Assist with LinkedIn postings, content for organic and paid digital marketing

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social content creation or design (first or second job preferred)
• Degree in graphic design or a similar creative field
• Proficient in AI tools and social-first platforms
• Experience in 360-marketing, storytelling, and creating engaging content
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Google DeepMind
• Experience with video content creation and mobile-first strategies
• Understanding of B2C marketing and experience in fashion or branding is a plus
