About the Role:

Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work opportunities? Our trust of schools in Chesterfield is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across all year groups, including Reception and Nursery classes. This ad hoc position is ideal for someone semi-retired or seeking flexibility in their work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to pupils in all year groups, including Reception and Nursery classes.
Assist with the delivery of phonics tuition and other learning activities.
Adapt to different school environments and work alongside various teaching staff.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with experience in phonics tuition.
Professionalism and reliability.
Flexibility to work on an ad hoc basis across multiple schools in the North Chesterfield area, must be available 8.30am - 3.30pm.
Own transport is beneficial but not essential.
