Exciting Opportunity: Deputy Childrens Home Manager
Location: Peterborough Area
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum + £3,000 - £6,000 for sleep-ins (approx. 4-8 per month)

• Fully funded training (Level 5 qualifications included)

• Support the Registered Manager in leading a dedicated team to provide therapeutic care
• Supervise, mentor, and manage staff while maintaining budgets & rotas
• Ensure Ofsted compliance, safeguarding, and top-tier care for the children
• Be a role model in building trust and promoting recovery & growth

• Level 3 qualification in Childrens Residential Workforce (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Residential care experience with strong leadership and Ofsted knowledge
