Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities include:

• managing a portfolio of compliance clients covering OMBs and larger international groups
• provision of tax planning and advisory services, including tax due diligence projects
• assisting partners with projects/consultancy work, resolving complex and varied issues
• drafting technical material such as factsheets and articles
• assisting in marketing initiatives, such as the preparation of factsheets
• control of WIP on allocated jobs or projects

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will:

• Be CTA qualified
• Have over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience
• Be comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
• Have worked on advisory projects
• Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
• Have experience with International and Property Tax
