Key technology and skills needed:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a dedicated IT Asset Management role with a focus on hardware
• Experience liaising and negotiating with vendors and 3rd parties
• Experience tracking and managing hardware assets with ServiceNow
• Invoicing/billing experience
• Stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills

Role overview:

• Manage IT hardware assets using ServiceNow CMDB
• Handle billing via Microsoft Azure
• Liaise with vendors to procure hardware and software licenses
• Onboarding and offboarding users with hardware
• Support audit requirements with timely evidence gathering, keeping relevant documentation compliant.
