We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead the construction of industrial facilities. This role requires a highly skilled individual capable of understanding complex designs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and efficiently managing projects from inception to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly review and interpret architectural and engineering designs, plans, and specifications to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
- Oversee all stages of construction to ensure the project is built according to design, on time, and within budget without compromising safety or quality.
- Lead and motivate multiple cross-functional teams, proactively managing and resolving any technical, operational, or managerial issues that may arise.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing timely updates and progress reports.
- Manage project risk through careful risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, as well as other legal or regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of project tender documents and proposals.
- Handle project-related administrations like permits, licensing, and local authority requirements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial building construction or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including design principles, materials, methods, and the integration of construction technology.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Technical expertise, with the capability to read and interpret complex project designs and blueprints.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software, including project management, CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
- Willingness to travel inbetween sites of Billingham and Teeside
