Salary: £25000/annum plus bonus

Customer Services Administrator

Location: Stonehouse

Salary: £25,000 per annum + Bonuses

Hours: 8.30am/9.00am - 5.00pm/5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage breakdowns and planned service visits from start to finish

* Build and maintain good working relationships with customers

* Ensure the systems are fully updated including SAP and Outlook calendars

* Complete all required administration tasks on SAP

* Maintain professional and timely communication with other departments within the company.

* Accurately prepare business reports to a very high level

* Support to the Managing Director and the Commercial and Technical Support Teams as required.

* Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Key Skills:

* Excellent IT skills including MS office

* Customer focused with great attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurised environment.

* Confident and enthusiastic communicator with excellent customer interaction skills (via telephone and email).

* Excellent problem-solving skills.

* Adaptable and ability to work on own initiative.
