Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for UK operations

* Collaborate with overseas partners, ensuring financial compliance and performance across borders

* Lead financial planning and analysis to support the business in a fast-paced, global food market

* Manage cash flow, taxation, and statutory accounts

* Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's international growth

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong background in finance management (CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification preferred)

* Expertise in international finance and multi-currency environments

* Ability to communicate with global teams and external partners

* Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

* Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus
