The Role:

* PPM, servicing and repairs on Electrical and Mechanical Systems across the properties.

* Willingness to support other trades where required.

* Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities.

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

* Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Experience:

* Relevant Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 3)

* 18th Edition

* Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance is desirable.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.

* Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
