You must be able to drive and have your own transport (car and van acceptable).

As a cleaning operative, your responsibilities will include:

Grounds cleaning such as litter picking and jet washing of garden and communal areas
Perform end of tenancy cleaning and property preparations. Such as;
Floors
Walls
Carpets
Furniture
Appliances         

Ensure equipment upkeep
Report damages and repairs promptly
Manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines
Track expenses and receipts
Demonstrate initiative and teamwork

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in similar roles with keen attention to detail
Full, clean UK driving license required.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Must reside within a reasonable distance of Fareham
You must be able to drive and have your own transport (car and van acceptable).
Cleaning Equipment and PPE is provided
