Your responsibilities will include handling Land Registry applications, managing post-completion deadlines, and liaising with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the registration of property transactions with the Land Registry.
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns.
• Ensuring compliance with all post-completion procedures and deadlines.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any post-completion issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all post-completion matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Post Completions role within a legal environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process, particularly post-completion procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
