Pay: £12.98 per hour - pay review after 12 weeks and ability to earn commission/bonus
Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities for office administrator:
* Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
* Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries. Generate sales with customers face to face (full sales training provided)
* Scheduling: Organise meetings and appointments.
* Document Management: Maintain and organise files, both physical and digital.
* Financial Tasks: Processing/printing invoices and payments.
* Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
* Team Collaboration: Support other departments with administrative tasks.
Required Skills for office administrator:
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document management.
* Tech: Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
