Our client are a well respected house builder based in the Leicester area and they are currently in the market for an Assistant Estimator to join the busy Commercial team.
Working alongside the Senior Estimator and Commercial Manager you will assist with Land appraisals collating costs across the business putting Estimates together for bids.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working as an Assistant Estimator or Assistant Quantity Surveyor and you will ideally have a construction qualification
