Fabulous opportunity for a Wills, Trusts and Probate Paralegal, looking to qualify

Coventry/Hybrid

Salary c£26,000 per annum

We are working with an award-winning, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-listed law firm who are seeking an experienced  Private Client Paralegal, who is looking to qualify as a solicitor in the longer term. The role will be based at their modern office in Coventry, with secure parking on site. Hybrid working is available 

This is a key support role, where you will be responsible for supporting Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyers. The role has excellent potential for fee-earning in the longer term, and for qualifying as a solicitor or legal executive. 

The role will involve:

Supporting the Wills ,Trusts and Probate Department
Processing correspondence and legal documents 
Liaising with existing and potential clients
Accompanying lawyers to home visits and client meetings
Handling telephone calls including new enquiries for the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department
Dealing with filing, storage and retrieval of client's filesSuitable Candidates will have:

Previous experience of supporting a Wills, Trusts and Probate team
A law degree 
The desire to further your career within Private Client in the longer term
Experience of using a legal case management system
The ability to work well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and client care skillsThis is a full time permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours)
