Job Overview:
Our client, a prestigious private dental practice in the M20 area, is looking for a fully GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of procedures, including restorative, surgical, and cosmetic treatments.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensuring the surgery is ready for each patient.
- Maintain high standards of infection control, following health and safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records using SOE software.
- Offer post-treatment advice and guidance on oral hygiene to patients.
- Manage stock levels and ensure the dental surgery is always fully equipped.
- Assist with dental implant procedures (implant knowledge is desirable but not essential).
- Provide outstanding patient care and ensure a positive experience in a private dental setting.
Requirements:
- Fully GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
- Experience working in a private dental practice is preferred.
- Proficiency in SOE dental software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of implant procedures is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
