THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading Manufacturer, based in Melton Mowbray, who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their friendly team.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have a strong background within a senior HR position; either as a HR Manager or Senior HR Officer.
Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential, as you will be working closely with blue-collar workers on a daily basis, in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES:
- Supporting the HR Director with the day-to-day running of the HR function.
- Proactively drive forward training and development of team members and managers, ensuring all statutory training is completed.
- Manage the employee grievance process and manage conflicts effectively.
- Oversee the disciplinary process for all office-based and blue-collar workers.
- Building key relationships across all levels of the business.
- Supporting with HR projects, as required.
