This award winning privately owned residential developer are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their technical team.

Reporting into a Technical Director you will manager a team of engineers responsible for the civils and infrastructure design for new developments as well as mange a range of external consultants working on the company's behalf. Applicants will require residential development experience working for a developer or specialist consultancy and should have extensive knowledge of section agreements, highway design standards, building regulations and be comfortable using PDS, AutoCAD and micro drainage design software.

The role requires good communication skills working closely with internal teams from land acquisition through to project delivery.
