I am recruiting for a Junior Operations Clerk to join their new start up office based in the Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing freight company and progress in the freight forwarding industry!
You will be trained in the below:
- Assisting operations with bookings
- Tracking shipments
- Updating customers
- Quoting customers
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Liaising with the transport department to plan deliveries and collections
- Handling queries
- General admin
Experience needed:
- Good admin skills
- Bright, outgoing and keen to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
