Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering great customer service? We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a welcoming and supportive team based in Ringwood.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries-handling queries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and care.
Please note: You must be fluent in French for this role, as you'll be supporting both English and French-speaking customers.
What you'll be doing:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and friendly manner
Providing clear and accurate information and support
Working closely with team members to ensure a smooth customer journey
What we're looking for:
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or office-based)
Confident using computers, including CRM systems
Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
