Job Description:
Fraser Edwards are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team on social housing projects. The successful candidate will work within a highly respected Team specialising in the housing sector, undertaking electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems in social housing properties.
* Perform electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Identify and rectify faults in electrical systems and components.
* Carry out electrical upgrades in line with building regulations and health and safety standards.
* Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
* Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with tenants as required.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all completed work.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
* 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
* 2391 C&G
* Previous experience working in social housing or domestic environments.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving license (essential).
* A positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills.
