Are you an experienced healthcare professional seeking a highly specialised role in clinical practice? We are looking for a Senior Clinical Scientist specialising in Audiology to join a cutting-edge, new NHS hospital in Birmingham, where innovation and excellence take centre stage.

Role Overview:

As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be instrumental in delivering expert care within Audiology and diagnostic procedures. You will work autonomously to assess, diagnose and manage complex cases while driving service improvement, providing leadership and contributing to evidence-based clinical advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostics in Audiology
  • Develop and lead specialised treatment and management strategies for hearing and balance disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care pathways.
  • Supervise, mentor and support junior healthcare professionals.
  • Lead research initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical best practices in Audiology

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional registration (such as HCPC or RCCP).
  • A master's degree or equivalent qualification in Audiology or Clinical Science
  • Experience in Audiology or a related area
