OTE: £60,000

Position: Regional Operations Manager

Job Description: Responsible for the West Ground Mount Operations, including but not limited to, Field Engineers, Health & Safety, GM sites, contractual obligations, vehicles, RAMS approval etc.

You will be required to work collaboratively with the Portfolio Managers, Operations Managers and other areas of the business to reach desirable outcomes and achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Measuring and monitoring the HSE performance of GM technicians and sub-contractors

* Training and auditing of GM operatives

* Technical guidance and support to the GM asset management team

* Liaison with external stakeholders (clients/manufacturers)

* Embedding new starters and ensuring understanding of procedures in all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

* Ground Mount experience

* Proven supervisory experience with a multi-skilled team

* Full driving license

* Electrical background preferred
