Customer Service - Supply Chain

Hook, Hampshire - 3 days per week in the office

We are looking for a professional and organized team member, to join a family-owned spirits distillery. As part of the Supply Chain team, you will be providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customers receive a highly efficient service, supporting the effective operation of the supply chain.
• Process customer orders, managing from placement through to delivery.
• Work to resolve customer supply issues and complaints.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Enjoy problem solving while being able to make decisions to overcome challenges.
• High level of attention to detail, able to work with and follow set processes.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Supply C
