WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Long term experience within FB operation, including breakfast service
- Multi-site experience
- (Ideally) 1 year + experience in a 5*Hotel and understanding of the relationship between different departments, including events
- Ability to plan and execute staff training and development
- Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
- Strong understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
- Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office operations team
