SITE ADMINISTRATOR

Our clients are seeking an experienced administrator to provide administrative support for their operations department based in Peterborough City Hospital.

* Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire - Please Note: This role is site based.

* Salary: Negotiable

* Hours: 37.5 Hour Week

As the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for:

* Provide support to onsite team

* Day to day office management

* Organising meetings to include production of agendas and minutes

* Data entry into various computer applications

* Assist with Training administration

* Carry out general administration of departmental policies and work procedures

* Purchase order coordination

* Administration of orders

* Data input for contract administration

* Planning and prioritising own workload

The successful Site Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

* Excellent Customer relationship skills

* Excellent Communication skills

* Computer literate, including MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

* Strong organisational skills

* Ability to manage substantial workloads
