Do you have 2-3 years Health and Safety experience as a minimum?

Do you have Manufacturing / Warehouse / Factory experience?
CORE TARGETS
* We need someone to build staff 'buy-in' to HSE
* Produce and develop and robust training and HSE documentation system (skills matrix / tick lists)
* Attain balance between strong admin and being visible on site
DUTIES
* RAMS
* Help achieve compliance to both internal auditing and external / customer audits and specifications
* Promote a safety first culture without 'red tape' and paperwork heavy mind-set
* Inductions, inspections, toolbox talks. PPE and signage management
* Weekley reporting
THINGS TO KNOW
* Need to understand it's a Manufacturing / warehouse / factory environement - so many moving parts and associated duties / culture
* Company developing it's compliance from top to bottom
* Need a down to earth attitude whilst implementing Health and Safety focused culture
QUALIFICATIONS
NEBOSH or equivalent essential
PERSONAL SKILLS
* Strong IT / Systems skills
* Firm but personable attitude
* Resilience and patience
* Driving licence
