Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales pipeline, working closely with the leadership team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team to drive new business.
- Negotiate contracts with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders on product and content development.
- Contribute to strategic planning for national and global expansion efforts.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech.
- Proven track record of securing enterprise accounts (£75k+ ARR).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A growth mindset with a passion for closing deals and building lasting relationships.
