We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our ambitious growth strategy and build lasting relationships with major enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales pipeline, working closely with the leadership team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  2. Build and develop a high-performing sales team to drive new business.
  3. Negotiate contracts with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders on product and content development.
  5. Contribute to strategic planning for national and global expansion efforts.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech.
  • Proven track record of securing enterprise accounts (£75k+ ARR).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for closing deals and building lasting relationships.
