What You'll Do:

• You'll take charge of coordinating client engagements on a global scale, managing a portfolio of high-profile clients with the support of a talented junior team.
• Business development will be a significant focus, and you'll play a leading role in securing new clients and expanding our services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients will be at the core of your role, as you become their go-to contact for all things related to global mobility.
• You'll oversee all compliance processes for international assignees, ensuring your clients stay informed on the latest tax developments.
• Advising clients on risk issues will be part of your remit, where you'll provide strategic solutions to help them navigate potential challenges.
• You'll prepare and review client advice, working closely with senior management to ensure top-quality service.
• As a leader, you'll manage projects, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior staff to help them grow and succeed.
• You'll also engage with a global professional network, playing an active role in the growth and success of the GMS team.

What We're Looking For:

• You should be ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or hold an equivalent certification.
• Your background in UK expatriate tax services is extensive and well-rounded.
• You're driven, energetic, and ambitious, with a knack for spotting and seizing business opportunities.
• Leadership comes naturally to you, and you excel at problem-solving.
• Delivering high-quality service is a priority for you, and you're committed to meeting the highest standards in your work.
