Eye4 Recruitment are working with a reputable family business based in Tadley, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Manage and maintain office files, both electronic and paper based
* Assist with the preparation of documents and reports using Google Suite
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Support the bookkeeping process by managing invoices and expenses using QuickBooks
* Organise meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
* Provide clerical support by managing correspondence and filing systems
* Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
* Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail
* Familiarity with Google Suite applications
* Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to type efficiently and accurately
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
* Solid clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and organisation
* Competent in general office procedures and practices
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
