Contracts & Procurement Surveyor - Residential

Project:
- Management of contracts related to property repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment.
- Lead procurement for goods and services contracts in relation to maintenance and upkeep of residential development
- Conduct feasibility studies, defect analyses, and cost estimations for housing projects.
- Oversee planned and cyclical maintenance programs using advanced asset management tools.
- Manage sustainable energy initiatives, including audits and improvement programs.
- Deliver detailed project reports and ensure compliance with public procurement and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or working environment.
- 3rd level qualification in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement principles, health and safety legislation, and building pathology.
- Building control requirements are desirable.
