Accounts AssistantBased near Harleston, Norfolk£27,500 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Full timePermanent8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday *Own transport essential due to location* We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our clients team and contribute to the smooth operation of their busy Accounts Department. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the financial processes for five interconnected companies that trade both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase and sales ledgers
- Subcontract labour ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Company credit card processing
- Checking supplier statements
- Processing payment runs
- Processing timesheets and stock
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in accounts is essential.
- Experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
