Description
The role is HR Manager will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Head of HR for this very well established and highly successful division of a prestigious brand.
You will act as strategic partner to key stakeholders at this flagship manufacturing plant and take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive, generalist and commercial HR service.
This will include but not limited to -
- Implement and continually review HR policies, initiative and projects to support group objectives
- Working with leadership to deliver on talent attraction, development and succession planning
- Lead on early careers activities
- Promote a culture of consistency, equality, and fairness in the handling of employee relations matters, challenging stakeholders where appropriate
- Coaching and support of line managers regarding people matters
- Main point of contact for union representatives on-site
- Provide relevant HR data, KPIs and reports
- Coordinate annual performance reviews
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar generalist HR Manager role, ideally within a similar sector.
