About the Role

You'll oversee the successful set up and expansion of a well-established homecare brand. You will be given all the tools and support to make this thrive and you will be working to a tried and tested model with an owner who has experience in setting up Domiciliary Care provisions.

You'll be responsible for:

Full operational leadership of the branch

*

Maintaining CQC compliance and registration

*

Recruiting, Managing performance, quality, and staff development

*

Building partnerships with Local Authorities, NHS, ICBs, and private funders

*

Driving business growth while delivering exceptional, person-centred car

What We're Looking For

*

Experience in domiciliary/homecare leadership (Registered or Deputy level)

*

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and local authority frameworks

*

Commercially aware with the ability to grow service provision strategically

*

A people-focused, proactive leader with excellent communication skills

*

Existing relationships with commissioners and local stakeholders desirable
