Night Senior Care Assistant - Lead & Inspire in a Luxury Care Home

Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: £13.20 per hour (+ Overtime at £16.50) + Paid Breaks
Annual Salary: £28,828.80
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 8 pm - 8 am (two-week rolling rota)

Intrepid Global is recruiting for a Night Senior Care Assistant to join a modern, state-of-the-art care home in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of care assistants while ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing

* Leading and guiding the care team to maintain high standards of care during night shifts

* Administering medication and monitoring residents' wellbeing

* Conducting risk assessments and developing personalised care plans

* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and CQC regulations

* Promoting a positive and professional environment for both residents and staff

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in elderly or dementia care settings

* Experience working night shifts in a care home environment

* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
