A reputable healthcare provider in Bristol is seeking a qualified and experienced Band 6/7 Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join their inpatient team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within an established multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.

Location: Bristol
Salary: £30-35 per hour
Start Date: February

Setting: Inpatient

Contract: 4 months (with potential to extend)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for inpatient orthopaedic patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on functional recovery and improving mobility.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and their families.
Manage a caseload of patients with orthopaedic conditions, including pre-and post-operative cases.
Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants as required.
Key Requirements:

HCPC registered Physiotherapist with relevant Band 6/7 experience in orthopaedics.
Proven experience in inpatient physiotherapy, particularly with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic cases.
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Available to start in February and commit to 3 days per week.
