The Role

The Production Manager will lead the team ensuring customer focus is maintained by optimising efficient production processes, maintaining high standards and focusing on continual improvement cycles. Key responsibilities-

• Lead, manage and motivate a large production team.
• Liaise with Supervisors and Team Leads to prioritise workloads.
• Coordinate Production with sales forecasts and customer demands.
• Continuously improve and optimise production processes.
• Ensure product quality and customer specifications are maintained to the highest standard.
• Conduct regular appraisal discussions with production team.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.
• Plan and oversee daily production activities across multiple warehouse and production facilities.

What they're looking for

You will be a proven people leader with a track record of achievement in Production Management. You will have a results orientated mindset, be proactive in your daily work and a communication style that engages and develops your Production workforce. It is beneficial if you are familiar with Production Planning systems and have experience in inventory management processes.
