Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading business in the Crawley area on an 18-month contract. This role has a very high possibility to go permanent.

This role will work closely with colleagues from all departments, strategic revenue members and external stakeholders to manage the revenue across the business dealing with large volumes of data.

Your duties will include:

• Modelling and analysis of revenue, providing a greater degree of understanding of income streams and their drivers
• Work closely with business areas to identify revenue opportunities to feed into the accuracy of planning and forecasting activity and provide recommendations thus raising the financial performance of the organisation
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues around the organisation
• Financial modelling of revenue streams with insight from this informing planning and forecasting activity and providing insights to the business
• Interpreting and communicating trends in order to influence decision making
• Providing financial analysis, guidance, and recommendation to the business management
• Liaising with external stakeholders including industry stakeholders and UK auditors

Key requirements:

• You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA), finalist, or equivalent
• Financial modelling and handling large data sets is essential
• Technical knowledge and application of IFRS 15
• Strong analytical and presentational skills
• Prior track record of providing financial analysis and advice to non-financial managers
• Have an exceptional level of business systems literacy, experience of management accounting / business partnering, and sound written and oral skills
