Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage design processes from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Utilize Revit software to create, modify, and manage detailed 3D models and construction documents.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop integrated project designs.

* Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

* Identify and resolve design-related issues, optimizing workflows and improving project efficiency.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in modular construction and design.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Design Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on modular building projects.
