Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
Extensive UK-based post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is beneficial
Must be located near the Hertford area
Create detailed technical drawings in close collaboration with the architectural team
Work closely with the team to ensure client briefs are met to the highest standards
Manage project workloads and meet strict deadlines
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
