Location: Bournemouth

Starting Salary: £25,000

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm

Tru Talent is delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded local waste management and disposal facilities client in their search for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in the business, handling key administrative tasks while ensuring customer needs and expectations are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment but also possess the initiative and confidence to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

Answering operational telephone calls in a professional manner
Building a rapport with customers and suppliers and managing client accounts where needed
Processing customer orders and liaising with suppliers.
Advising customers on both commercial and domestic waste management
Liaising with accounts receivables regarding customer credit card payments
Administrative duties ensuring the smooth running of the customer service department including any adhoc tasks.
Assisting your colleagues in other departments where required
Administration of contractor pricing, purchase orders and new sites onto the system
Making notes for sites, clients and supply chain with appropriate information and advising departments on issues 
Advising on best practise of conflict solutions when customer and supplier queries arise
Needed for the role of Customer Service Administrator:

Previous experience within a Waste or Construction company 
Good Customer Service skills
Good written and oral communication skills.
Administration experience
Organisational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
