Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our dedicated team. As a field-based professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing fire and security systems in a variety of commercial settings, ensuring our clients' properties are safe and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm and security systems, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with clients and colleagues.
Maintain a professional attitude, representing the company with integrity and dedication.
Hold and maintain a full UK driving license to travel between client sites.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and security systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full UK driving license required.
