Team Manager, UASC ServicePertemps are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Service to be responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the team.Key Duties:

• Managing Social Workers
• Developing the team
• Managing a budget
• Ensuring age assessments and pathway plans are completed
• Partnership working with relevant professionals
• Completing audits
• Promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people

Requirements:

• Relevant and extensive experience managing UASC/similar social work team
• SWE registration
• Social Work Qualification
