The role:

• Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment verification letters.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage HR-related enquiries from employees and external parties.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation.
• Help to foster a positive work environment and company culture.
• Assist with job postings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Coordinate on boarding processes for new hires.

The person:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Considerable experience in a HR support or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
