TSA Surveying are currently working alongside a well-established consultancy who are looking to recruit a facades fire consultant in the North.  

Our client has 40 years' experience in the industry having begun as a facades design specialist but has further expanded into a multi-disciplinary consultancy with great success. They now offer, MEP, surveying and civil engineering services. As part of their growth phase, they are looking to expand their Fire Engineering division and are currently seeking Fire Surveyors to join their currently small but dedicated team, with great opportunities to work with an impressive client base, well-known firms in the residential and property development sectors.

The role will have a primary focus on fire surveys with particular emphasis on external wall surveys within the residential sector. A minimum of 6 months consultancy experience is required. However, you will have the opportunity to develop their skills with a unique sponsorship with UCLan providing excellent support for your professional development, working alongside chartered engineers and specialists in the field.

The company has a clear vision for the future, with plans to increase the Fire Engineering team by five people in 2025 to manage a growing pipeline of work.

Our client is currently collaborating on a range of exciting projects nationwide, they currently have 6 offices with a total of 130 staff. The role is hybrid, but the company would prefer candidates to be within commuting distance of one of their six offices. In return, the company offers a competitive salary, with the potential to earn up to 45k-65k depending on experience.
