The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of luxury residential projects, delivering bespoke new builds and high-value refurbishments. You'll take ownership from inception to completion, advising on procurement strategy, contractual claims, and cost management.

This consultancy fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own projects while mentoring junior team members. The leadership team values proactive individuals who are ready to step up and make an impact.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or similar
MRICS or working towards
Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
Pre and post contract experience
Comfortable taking ownership of projects
PQS / Cost Management work experience
Driving licenceWhat's on Offer?

£50,000 - £55,000 (up to £60,000 if MRICS)
