About the Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA):

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team and support a small group of Key Stage 2 students with Maths interventions. Working closely with up to five students at a time, you will deliver tailored support to boost their confidence and help them excel in their learning journey. Your expertise and enthusiasm will play a key role in creating an engaging and supportive environment for these young learners.

Key Responsibilities: Learning Support Assistant (LSA):

• Deliver focused Maths interventions to small groups of KS2 students

• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each learner

• Work closely with the class teacher to plan and evaluate progress.

• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to boost students' confidence.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback.
Application Requirements: Learning Support Assistant (LSA):

• Previous experience in a similar LSA or teaching role.

• A strong background in Maths or experience supporting Maths at KS2 level.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learners.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
